Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cortryx. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Cortryx for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
The service
Cortryx lets you record how you think, connect tools you already use, and have AI agents carry out tasks through those tools on your behalf. Agents are designed to ask you when they are not confident, but they can still be wrong.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account, including actions agents take through accounts you connect, such as emails sent or calendar events created. Review what you ask agents to do.
Connected accounts and workspaces
You may connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Connecting an account authorizes Cortryx to act through it as described in our Privacy Policy. Workspace administrators control who can connect tools and whether connections are shared inside the workspace, and can reveal the access credential for a connection in their workspace. Your use of a connected tool remains subject to that tool's own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cortryx to:
- break the law or violate others' rights;
- send spam, or send deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages;
- access an account or data you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with, probe, or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security; or
- resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into Cortryx. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees
Billing is not active yet, and nothing is charged. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and give you the choice before you are charged.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cortryx available, but it is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or have errors. Features that depend on third-party tools can stop working when those tools change.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Cortryx makes no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by actions an agent takes at your direction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cortryx and disconnect your tools at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Cortryx after a change means you accept it.
